How We Can Help

FatherSupport.com was created to provide emotional support, advice, and brotherhood to divorced fathers struggling with an unwanted divorce and the separation from their family and former way of life.

While there are many resources available to help with legal issues, child custody, fathers’ rights, etc. - it can be difficult if not impossible to find practical emotional support from other men who have experienced, survived, and now live with the painful scar of divorce.

I know this to be true since I was a divorced father searching for emotional support almost twenty years ago.  Sure, my family, friends, and church were there for me.  But I needed to hash things out with someone that truly understood what I was experiencing.  I wasn’t seeking sympathy, moral support, or professional counseling.  I was looking for a mentor to lead me through the pain and help me put my sudden new life in order so I could continue being Dad to my kids.

Help from FatherSupport.com is not intended to replace the professional legal and/or psychological assistance you may require.  We are here to provide fellowship, advice, and understanding during your difficult time.  We provide:
  • A practical adjustment formula and real-life advice
  • A Mentorship Program for divorced fathers
  • A Brotherhood Forum to ask questions, share insight, and provide encouragement
  • The Father Support Blog
  • Many helpful and informative links and resources
